2016 Forecast?

Just curious as to when the forecast usually comes out. My first ever dedicated pheasant hunt was last year in KS Jetmore area and can't wait to plan this years trip but will include my boys this time around. My Pudelpointer Packer will be 1 1/2 yr old and in great shape.

Stay with Jetmore? It was nice and convenient with what I consider plenty of birds even though it was December and a nice mix of quail to boot.
 
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I would say you would probably be ahead staying with the same area as you already have an idea of what the terrain and such look like. Where as if you went somewhere else you would be starting from square 1 again.
