Have you seen The Shackle? I got one and put it on my '98 Expedition. Took all of 5 minutes to install. When we went out pheasant hunting in the Gregory area a few weeks ago, I had 12 birds mounted on it, and it didn't matter if I was going 45 on the gravel or 70 on the county highway-the birds stayed put, and the back of my SUV stayed free of feathers and blood.
