My last double from last year. Flushed both roosters from the same patch. Colors were brighter on the older bird too. Definitely one of the biggest spurs I've found on a rooster I shot. C'mon October... :D

the official rules for shooting a double are: both birds have to flush at the same time and be in the air before the first shot, otherwise it is counted as just two in a row. the shooting isn't often the problem, it's that pheasants don't very often hit the air at the same time like say, quail do. great what ever happened
