second weekend in nebraska

Rooster Mafia

New member
Well after being sidelined all week with some kind of bug I finally made it back out on Sunday. It was very windy and dry, but I did manage to move around 30 birds, mostly out of range. Did have 2 roosters hold for points and shot both of them. pressure was down this weekend and I imagine it will get pretty light the rest of the season which is fine by me. The birds are there just have to find the spots that are holding them which is hit and miss. My wife came with today and took some pics so I'll share some, just disregard her banner, she's a photographer and puts that on all her pictures.

Nice post and pics. Moving 30 birds in NE is some good hunting.
