Questions on moriane view and Clinton lake.

Hi all, I've been hunting pheasant for a few years now but only on private ground. So my question is how does one go about hunting at moriane view and Clinton lake? I have archery deer hunted both a few times but I do not know the process of pheasant hunting them. Thanks in advance for any info.

Moraine View I believe you can get permits online thru the DNR's website
