Pretty good price on A5 Sweet 16

Northern Firearms (Reeds Sporting Goods) has quite a few new Sweet 16s in stock. Sale price is $1299 free shipping and no tax, plus Browning has a $100 rebate until Oct. 1st. I couldn’t resist for $1200. Hope it’s decent. It sure it light. They also have that Federal load that I like for 16 ga. 1 1/8 oz. of 5s at 1425fps, by the case.

Congrats on the new gun. I got one of the new Sweet 16's last Fall, and couldn't be happier with it.

I also just bought one from Norther/Reeds. Good deal.

I went for the 28" barrel and just put in a light modified trulock choke to start patterning with. That adds another 3/4 inch to the barrel. The gun is so light that I felt a little more length would help me swing through a little more smoothly.

I went with the 26 inch. I want to try my hand at some grouse too and with a receiver a little longer than most, didn't want to go any longer. I've always shot and preferred shorter barrels for hunting.
