Pics only visible when logged in?

Just wondering if it's just me or it's the norm?

NOTE: all of the pictures that I have posted I've uploaded from my computer and not linked from a image hosting site like IMGUR. Not sure if that is the difference or not?

test. Yep, that seems to be the difference. When I link a photo from my IMGUR account it doesn't matter whether i'm logged in or not it displays the picture. Upload a pic from my computer to place directly into my post and doesn't show unless I'm logged in. NO big deal just couldn't figure out why.
