Thought it was odd there wasn't a "Recipes" forum in here, maybe there is a long sticky or something that I missed?
I just picked up pheasant hunting this year and been cleaning them whole but I'd be interested in hearing peoples recipes... Roasting whole, halving, taking out the breasts, on the grill, in the pan, and whatever else is out there.
I just use a recipe I found on the google to brine them then roast them in the oven. They always seem a hair too done so I started reducing the time, it seems every recipe I find online says Large pheasants and it gives a weight which is like a half pound or more than what most of my field dressed birds have been weighing.
