I thought we were dry here in NW Iowa, but KS and NE have a bunch of areas that show yet another level drier! Sounds like things might persist. Hang on!
We need to start thinking long term on some of this. Building cities like Las Vegas and Phoenix and then adding golf courses in the middle of the desert was a terrible idea. I'm afraid that this problem isn't going away anytime soon either.
