Saw a week old brood today at both Meadow Creek and West River Adventures.

I have heard some pretty good reports lately...good #'s of broods being seen, and decent #'s within those broods...a few guys have said they feel #'s are as good as they have seen in quite a few years...these reports come in over a pretty good geographic swath...

We had a thunderstorm come through the other evening about sundown. We had a particularly loud clap of thunder and the roosters reacted to it. I was impressed by that reaction, I am optomistic.
