Huglu Mallard O/U 20ga...Thoughts?

Hello all, was wondering if anyone had any knowledge about or ever used a Huglu Mallard O/U 20ga. Found one used for about 470 and was wondering if it would be worth the buy as Im looking to get a new field gun? Thanks in advance, Dalton

I have one in 12g over and under with the single trigger, not a single problem with it, I have shot well north of 300 rounds through it. The action was a bit stiff when new, but now much better. In fact I was going to let mine go for $300 as I have 9 shotguns and was planning on building my double barrel collection up. The $450 is a fair price to start negotiations at. IMO

Yes, that was a best seller for CZ as an entry level O/U. That said, it was discontinued in 2016 as the price was going to go up a considerable amount and for a double trigger guns it was not feasible. So it was replaced by the single trigger Drake which retails for $629.00.
