I have a great little house in linton nd that I would like to sell for $28K. Great town with great pheasant hunting all around. Also has an excellent 9 hole golf course in town and very good walleye fishing close buy. The house is small but in great shape with a detached garage and mature trees. Newer roof and paint, semi furnished. You can't go wrong with this recreational investment. I will send pictures if you are interested. PW
 
Hi, just a quick comment. To those interested, don't let the price fool you. You can get a very nice house in rural ND for that price. Linton is a nice area, small town and there are lots of birds in that area. I work with a fellow who still has the family farm in Linton. He doesn't farm it, but he said the birds came thru the winter fine. He's been seeing a lot of them when he goes home every weekend.

Well worth checking out if you want a hunting get away place.
