Foxtail Barley Hordeum jubatum :(

I've got a 2nd year wetland (temporary)seeding that is doing quite well, but over the last two years it has become overgrown with foxtail barley. I've tried spot controlling it, but this year its just gone nuts. The area has standing water in it now about 3 inches deep. Last week, I was going to mow it down, but then we got an additional 5 inches of rain over three days and now there's no way I can do anything with it. I don't think there's any selective herbicide that I've found that wont kill everything. I had the area black for two years, prior to reseeding it 2 years ago. I'm thinking that when it dries up to have it cut and bailed and hauled away. That gets rid of the seeds, and then discing it up lightly. I know this grass is on the dangerous seeds list, and even feeding it to livestock is not recommended, so IM thinking of taking the bales and just burning them in the pit. Would the bales be ok for feed if they were ground?

Anybody have any other options available?
