I caught the Pintail's hatching a few weeks back.:thumbsup: It's cool to think about how many millions of ducks, pheasants, quail, grouse, etc are sitting on their nests as we speak.
Those hens have so much against them!! Just look at the two videos with the "nest raiders" eating the duck's eggs. Only 1 in 10 duck nests will make it.
I hope more of us are planning on trapping this fall! If you're not a trapper, consider learning and give it a try. It's a lot of fun and you could be saving a nest or two.:cheers:
