Corn Harvest

How is the corn harvest coming along in SE SD? I was out there about 3 weeks ago and it was extremely wet and 85% of the corn was still in. They were trying as much as possible get off what they could. Anyone been out that way to provide an update?

From what I've seen, I'd call it 85-90% harvested. In the past week I've been from Sioux Falls out to nearly Chamberlain, and south down to about highway 46. With the weather warming back up now, I would expect the rest of it to be gone in the next few days.

Same report I’m hearing from people in the area. Northern part of the state still lots standing.
