Add Pennsylvania Forum request

"I would like to suggest that the Pennsylvania Forum should be visible on the main page. There is a tremendous effort going on to restore wild pheasants and in return a lot things to be discussed and shared!
I have seen several threads regarding Pa in the main pheasant hunting forum because people are not aware that there is a separate Pa Forum. Thanks for listening!

Glad to see the PA forum is rockin and rollin. Some good stuff out there. I especially like the post about "pheasant camp" Yeah baby.
