I’ve been doing some turkey hunting this spring and have heard and observed plenty of pheasants, all on public lands. Got to watch two roosters fighting, watched two hens come in to a crowing rooster, and found some duck nests. Oh, and got a gobbler in each of the three seasons I hunted.
