I am looking for some info on getting started in quail hunting. Chokes used gauge, shot sizes and just a good starting point on where to go. The only quail I have ever shot was over my labs while doing some bird work. Any help appreciated, thanx in advanced.

Im from sd and have been an "outdoor junky" for over 30 years. I love that term. I have 7 labs all colors and ranging in age from 4 mos to 12 years. They take me hunting alot. I love living in SD for all the hunting, fishing and outdoor activities.

I personally have participated in some events and I love it some people dont, but I love meeting the dogs and the people and I love the competition. I think we should have a spot in the FORUM for these type of advertisements.
