    Prairie Storm Issue

Man there are a lot of negative opinions on prairie storm, I have been using them out of my 11-87 with an improved cylinder choke and killing it since 2020. I have had nothing but positive results with it and I am willing to spend a little more for them because of that. Not trying to...

    Pup loss

Wow I had no idea that something like that could cause them to abort.

    Pup loss

She was confirmed with 5 pups and the male was a proven stud.

    Pup loss

She was about a month into it when she lost the pups so early. Both her and the male were cleared medically before breeding occurred.

    Pup loss

Is it common for a female who lost her first litter to lose them a second time? She is a healthy Chocolate lab who will be 4 years old and lost her first pregnancy last year. I have heard that if they lose their first litter they are more likely to lose the second litter as well. We...

    South east area

There are fewer birds in that area but if you get after them early season you should be able find some. The farther north you can go the better the hunting. All the higher counts have been north of highway 20 but there are pretty decent populations all thru out the state.

    Boss shotgun ammunition

Are you using 3" or 2 3/4" on those late season hunts?

    Franchi Affinity 20 gauge

4shot I have noticed that ammo is tougher to find then 12 gauge.

    Franchi Affinity 20 gauge

I have a grandson that will be bird hunting in a few more years so I would expect the same thing may happen to me.

    Boss shotgun ammunition

Is this ammo worth the price? I have never used it and I don't know anyone that has so I am wondering if it's worth the cost.

    Franchi Affinity 20 gauge

Anyone own one of these in 20 gauge? I'm seriously thinking about getting one and I'm just curious on others' opinions on it. Reliability and weight ect?? Thanks in advance. I actually wanted to purchase a used 11-87 in 20 gauge, but they are hard to find and very pricey.

    Need Help on Gun Upgrade!

I also had used an 870 12-gauge pump for years and loved hunting with it. I found a 11-87 12 gauge for sale and bought it thinking it would be a good backup if something were to happen to my 870. Well to make a long story shorter I hunt almost exclusively with the 11-87 now. I don't know...

    Redhead classic II turkey vest

Munster927 I love the reply! It won't prevent blood on your pants (which really is like paying the turkey hunting gods back)

There is nothing better then spending a day hunting with your son or daughter. Congrats on a great day!

    Remington premiere O/U 12 gauge

A guy I work with just inherited a remington premiere o/u but knows very little about it. I guess it's probably around 10 to 12 years old and it is probably 80% as far as condition. It also came with the lockable case that is in the pictures. If anyone knows anything about these he would be very...

    Rate your past season

I have always heard you miss a 💯 % of the shots you don't take.

    Rate your past season

I would rate my season as very good. I didn't shoot as many pheasants as in years past mostly because I didn't go as much but I made up for it with bobwhites. My son and I shot a limit of them for the 1st time in 3 years of hunting them and that is really not a huge deal except we did it in iowa...
