no, in all my years, i have never seen a verifiable 3rd hatch of quail or pheasants.

canceling the fall season will yield limited help. they need to reduce pheasant limits to 2 birds a day and cut the season down to Dec. 10. then they need to adopt the Iowa habitat model and fast.
