Yeah this is going to turn into a game time decision on where I’m going. There are still some sloughs worth hunting up north according to my uncle. Just a pain to get to but once you’re in it’s not horrible.

Yup I'm pretty well prepared. I spend 2 weeks in the backcountry every fall chasing elk and keep a survival kit in the pickup just in case with some of the same items.
