    Kuiu upland vest

👍👍Make a left two blocks after the gravel ends. You will have to go thru two gates and look for the hedgerows. At least three coveys.

    How long

Expectations have surely changed, but there still is adventure and some honey holes to be discovered. I have seen the good old days and have been able to share them with my sons. For some these will be the good old days. God bless. The dogs were the rock stars, each in their own state, as we...

    Rising straight away shot

Bird wasn’t dead, bird wasn’t found, then I missed. My fault. 16yd station 3 trap, gun down and shoot the head off the clay. When I am hunting, I throw the gun up often, like every 5-10 minutes. Helps to get mad at the rooster, then kill it. Good advice above.

    Kuiu upland vest

How about a senior citizen with arthritic shoulders. Right now I have to take my vest off to load a rooster or two or three. Anyone have a similar problem or solution? It works, but not ideal and not getting better. Thanks

    Good Weekend in SD

Burdock or Cockleburr, always carry a coarse comb with a handle, you don’t want a dog swallowing either one. Different sizes of Cockleburr and is solid. Burdock splits apart and fragments easily. Both should be avoided. Flannel attracts burrs from 500 feet. You might consider a more...
