Have you looked at the Colorado Gun Dog Association. It is fairly cheap and they have a nice plot of land out by Strasburg. Also, Chatfield State Park has training grounds you can reserve for off leash training. And then there are the clubs. A bit more expensive, but ample ground for training. I live west of town so I just head up into the mountains, find a field and put out the birds. good luck.
