me and my son went duck hunting with jim and dan (marys husband and son) we had a great time! yes the opener in coming fast.

i like to take my jon boat it's not fast but it beats swimming. i hunt around red rock lake and the desmoines river below the dam. there are some walk in areas also. or we can go to your spots just let me know. i'll do some checking around on the when.

I have never hunted with a dog so I really dont know what to do and not to do. I do not have a ecoller for him yet. We play fetch with a canvas dummy with 2 pheasant wings on it and he points a wing on a string. He is out of the Moesgaards bloodline. Good looking dog, his name is Gunner.
