You won't need snowshoes but you will need stamina. Depending on where you are hunting the snow could be anywhere from 6-12" deep and the going is tough. I can guarantee that you will be tired if you hunt all day!!!

Thanx - went to Western KS instead. Got into some knee deep drifts & had to move farther south in order to hunt. Birds mighty spooky with the snow & roadhunters being active.
