Welcome to the Site. In NJ Indian Creek is pretty well known. They even have their own preserve with lots of cover, that's not something to common in NJ.

I will second Bruce Shaffer at Almost Heaven. Another to consider if you are willing to send the dog a little further is Terry Gough at High Brass Gun Dog Kennels in Newark, OH. Both of these guys are highly respected trainers and do exceptional work.
