Where the heck can I purchase some!

I am building a Pigeon coop at the house and am hoping to hold roughly 6-10 Pigeons for training. I can not find birds for sale, anywhere.

Does anyone have any insight on where to purchase birds in the Midwest (we live near Madison, WI)?

Last time my friend bought some it was down in Rockford from a Craigslist add but that's been a couple months.
 
A landing net, flashlight, and a parking garage or barn is all it takes.
 
Can't get the picture to upload off my phone but if you are on Facebook go to the Great Lakes Bird Dog and Hunting group someone posted pigeons for sale there this morning from Boscobel.
 
Not sure where you are from but one thing I’ve done to get pigeons very easy is at local small animal auctions. They may sell anything from Pigeons to pheasants. The pigeons at the moment have a very low value so you should be able to get some dirt cheep.
