New to the forum, not new to hunting, upland hunting, dogs, or Indiana.
Just saying "Hi..."

I don't want even want general information on where to hunt. I hate cyber scouters!

I prefer to hunt waterfowl, but my pup prefers upland hunting; we compromise and do both.

welcome, nice dog. Looks like an good older standard weight Browning A5 with solid rib in the pics? I am a old A5 man myself.

Close, it's a Light Twelve from '51.

That A5 or my '37 Fox Sterlingworth are my regular choices. I have a '39-'40 16 ga Model 12 that I'll be hauling around with me this year as well. I hope I like it, as my roots are buried in pump guns.

Welcome!

Welcome to the forum Hankyorke!

You will find many great people and fellow sportsmen on this forum!:)

Thanks fellas, I can't take all the credit for her... Around here, I pick the litter, my wife and two boys pick the pup.

@ 5 she is hitting her prime, but I find myself thinking about pups already. I know it's not time as I hardly have the time for her, but it's fun to dream.

We hunted IL a few weeks ago trading back and forth between her and my uncles Field Cocker. Talk about two different styles! They are fun little dogs though.

Sory for the delay... we had a pretty good year. 10 species for the dawg and 1 new species in IN for me.
It's been a LONG time since I've seen wild Bobwhites... Now it's time to get ready for turkeys.

Quail are hit or miss especially in NE Indiana. Southern Indiana hard a pretty good pop but no pheasant, western portion of state could find both, least back in 80's that is.

Classic guns, classic dog, 10+ species...I understand why you haven't been posting...you're kind of living the dream. :D

Great images and sounds like, great life.

Nice work.
