New from SE MN

Hey guys new to the forum here, from SE MN. Not new to dogs or bird hunting. Recently got a new yellow lab pup after putting down my first ever hunting dog this fall. Spent a few years away from hunting due to the old boy not being able to hunt anymore. I got spoiled with that first dog, I was young and didn’t know how to train and still turned out with a great dog. He gave me a great 14 years, and will never be forgotten. I’m looking forward to getting back In the field with my new pup. He is almost 7 months now and progressing along very nicely.

We've all had the first pup and they are special. My Golden was just the best. Tons of fond memories. She trained me pretty good, I turned out OK. (some room for debate there)
