Not sure if this is allowed delete and sorry if so. I have 250 acres in two separate pieces two parts of the state. Slowly working towards having it all for deer hunting but currently renting some out for farming/ranching to help make the bank payments and recover some food plot expense. I have thought about leasing it to a group for a year or maybe opening weekend and the last weekend of season. Would love to just let guys hunt but just an averge guy so money is tight and if I'm going to possibly ruin the deer hunting for the year it's gotta be worth it. One piece you will see more wild birds than you have ever seen. If interested pm me, thanks.
