how is the upland bird hunting out here. i came from the center of bird hunting an am kinda want'n to know if its gonna be a good hunt for me an my dog this fall, or if i should fly back to the dakotas for opening weekend in oct? whos got the scoop? where are sum good places?

I don't know where you are located. There is some pretty fair bird hunting in the center of the state. We had a very rough winter. It now all depends on the hatch on good a season there will be. If you still have good ties in the Dakotas. I would go back there for the opener. You will find nothing even close to what is there, here.---Bob
