Has anyone received their UGBEP map package yet?

I used the MFW&P site to order their maps and haven't received them yet. It seems late so I thought I'd check to see if anyone else had them yet. 1 Sept. is getting close.
 
It is late, about 2 weeks isn't it.
MT FW&P has a region by region general outlook on their upland bird populations. Not good bad winter bad spring early summer.
Only good thing they could come up with is LOTS of cover.

I better be sending off for the stuff. BM info must be ready too.:)
 
I got the package and the number of contracts and acreage enrolled is about 1/5 of what it was last year in the area I hunt. Release sites are down too. I don't see how the bad winter would do anything but make people more likely to enroll instead of the other way around but who knows?
