we are looking to hunt pheasants but if something else pops up that is ok too. Just looking for some ideas where to go and any outfitters.

I dont know what typical pheasant hunts cost...and dont know what you are looking for for accomodations, but while googling around, I found some really nice looking places on the Big Horn River, near Hardin. Just google Big Horn Pheasant hunting and some will pop up.
