I was hunting around Lucas Ks last weekend with my yellow lab and my buddy. We were walking some weedy wheat stubble and a bird got up and i shot it once and it went down it took my dog like 15 seconds to get to it beaucse he was working the other side of me well by the time he got to the bird...

Its looking like we might be getting alittle snow around Hays finally. Excited to get the dog on some birds that wont run.:)

Just looking for people to hunt with around hays ks let me know if you need another person to help walk. Just going to school at FHSU and love to hunt but not able to have my dog here which is a bummer.

Just wondering what area everyone plans on starting this year myself will be start in Cloud county with some freinds from college then probly around Russell county the second weekend.
