Just a little update on Vally Falls. I was able to take my boy out last weekend. And to my surprise he knock one down and could of got another maybe two if he was ready. Think we ended up seeing 5 roosters and 2 hens. Not bad at all for a hours drive. I'll back out there sunday. Leave west alone until a few weeks.

Vally falls (lake Perry) area can be decent to good on the small birds and fair to decent on the big ones. It does get hunted hard by the dogless hunter. You will find birds but you'll have to hunt hard for them. All and all if you don't have much time that's the place to go. Been hunting there for the past 18 years. Also its nice to see someone else from the gundog forum make it here. You ever looking for a partner let me know.
